We ask that you have some form of concept art, reference images, or visual direction ready for when we contact you so we can better understand your vision and provide the most accurate quote possible.

Our custom binder process is holistic and collaborative. We don’t just take an image and send it straight into production. We review your idea, talk through the details, consider the binder material, color, layout, engraving style, and final use, then create a mockup for approval before engraving begins.

Most custom mockups are delivered within about 5 to 10 business days. Once approved, your binder is typically added to our production queue, which averages around 3 business days before completion or shipment. More detailed or fully custom designs may take longer depending on the complexity of the project.

Please note that all custom engraved binders require mockup approval before production, and final engraving results may vary slightly based on binder color, material, and design details.
