Our shop may offer a variety of products, including but not limited to custom binders, stickers, stationery, accessories, and other made-to-order or ready-to-ship items. Certain policies may vary depending on the type of item purchased.

Shipping Policy
All orders are processed based on the product type purchased.

  • Made-to-order in-house items, including our binder designs and other made-to-order goods, typically ship within 10 business days.
  • Custom or fully personalized items may take up to 30 business days to complete and ship.
  • Ready-to-ship items, such as select stickers or small accessories, will typically ship within 3ā€“5 business days unless otherwise noted in the listing.

If an order contains multiple item types, the shipment may be held until all items are ready, unless otherwise stated.

That last sentence is important because it protects you if someone orders a sticker and a custom binder together.
